SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience supporting enterprise applications
  • Technically savvy, with a strong ability to learn applications and systems quickly
  • Experience independently troubleshooting user issues using a variety of technical tools including SQL, event logs, and various browser tools
  • Experience prioritizing and managing a requests backlog
  • Service-oriented with a professional demeanor, committed to responding to customer inquiries promptly
  • Fluent English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Boardwalk’s internally developed Property Management systems
  • Understand product functionality from a user’s perspective across various modules including Lead to Lease activities, Revenue Management, Resident Experience, Work Orders and Time Management
  • Triage, evaluate and prioritize user support requests, collaborating with product leaders and developers to resolve errors and enhance user education
  • Perform data analysis and data fixes
  • Maintain certain application configurations
  • Support access and permissions
  • Monitor applications to ensure availability for business users
  • Communicate bugs, user experience challenges, and potential areas for process improvement to the product owner and development team
  • Document requirements as user stories in collaboration with business and technical teams
  • Identify product functionality and user education gaps
  • Escalate problems in a timely manner, identifying issues that require intervention by the development team or referral to internal subject matter experts for clarification
  • Build trust with internal users by consistently demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism
  • Ensure that the content and functionality within the system supports the business’s needs
  • Confirm that bugs and other issues are resolved by the development team to the satisfaction of business stakeholders
  • Document resolutions to recurring issues and workarounds
  • Assist in the creation of release notes, training documentation, and delivery of training to end users
  • Support product leaders and development teams in enhancement initiatives
