Description:

Responsibilities -

  • To work in L2 application production support cycles, other operations
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
  • Responsibilities include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management.

Requirement

Must have skills -

  • Overall 5 years of relevant experience in IT
  • Hands on experience on Production Support / L2 Support
  • Knowledge of Unix, Shell Script, SQL, Kubernetes
  • Should be proficient in one of the technologies - Java / Python / Hadoop

Good to have -

  • SRE Knowledge
  • Cloud concept - GCP Cloud
