Description:
Responsibilities -
- To work in L2 application production support cycles, other operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Responsibilities include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management.
Requirement
Must have skills -
- Overall 5 years of relevant experience in IT
- Hands on experience on Production Support / L2 Support
- Knowledge of Unix, Shell Script, SQL, Kubernetes
- Should be proficient in one of the technologies - Java / Python / Hadoop
Good to have -
- SRE Knowledge
- Cloud concept - GCP Cloud
