As an Application Analyst for our Synergy platform, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of Synergy software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the seamless integration and operation of the Synergy software within their business processes.
This position will have a salary range of $52,320-$75,433 based on experience and location.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to gather and document requirements for Synergy implementations.
- Configuring the Synergy server and software to meet client-specific needs.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to Synergy software, as well as seeing issues through to resolution.
- Analyzing the customer’s existing products/processes to map existing system to the Synergy product.
- Providing software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features and usage of Synergy. Support may be at the customer site or remote.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers as well as Project Management throughout the entire project.
