Description:
Application Support Engineer - Team Lead / Manager
The position is to work in a permanent project in Accenture. Could be hybrid (CABA) or 100% remote (other cities in Argentina).
The Exchange Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and process guidance for Exchange related technologies and capabilities within Accenture s global managed service offering. Under the direction of the Messaging and Collaboration Engineering Manager, the candidate will work closely with product management, delivery center administrators, and will supervise engineering personnel to ensure that work efforts and technical decisions are in alignment with Accenture s strategic direction and initiatives. The candidate will also be involved in advanced troubleshooting and managing escalation of operational issues.
