ABOUT THE ROLE

The application support role is responsible for first line application support, reporting into the Support Lead. The role focuses on support for end users using the products, providing first contact resolution where possible. Day to day activity centres around the application support queues, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact for application issues
  • Manage the application support queue
  • Follow and update application support processes
  • Utilise and understand app support and diagnostic tools
  • Assist with application support projects
  • Work with the product team to escalate issues
