JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi System is highly preferred

• Provide first-line support for software applications, with a primary focus on Yardi System.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on system functionalities.
• Conduct user training sessions on system usage and best practices, ensuring effective adoption of tools.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvements or updates.
• Liaise with the IT team or external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of the Yardi System and other software applications.
• Document issues, solutions, and processes to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new installations by performing testing and providing feedback.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the supported systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards as requested by various departments
