Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product initiatives, web, and mobile application development
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to engage with technical teams on highly complex projects
- Ability to define and communicate solutions (both functional and technical) and break them down into tactical deliverables
- Proven execution of IT/Digital media projects
- Foundational understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies
- Technical aptitude to understand how evolving features affect user and advertiser experience
- Experience in the field of integrated systems and system integration projects
- Able to work autonomously, while still functioning in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Application Support:
- Provide technical support for streaming applications
- Ensure the continuous operation and availability of streaming platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to streaming applications in a timely manner
- Work closely with product coordinators to understand user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and communicate these to the development team
- Conduct system analysis to identify any potential issues or improvements
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage the delivery and support of streaming applications. to ensure they understand and can deliver on the technical specifications
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Coordinate with vendors on upgrades, patches, and new releases
- Occasionally participate in evaluating and selecting new vendors based on their ability to meet technical, performance and security requirements
- Process Improvement:
- Document and improve support processes for streaming applications
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of support documentation
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business, understanding the business needs and making sure the technical solution from the vendor will be fulfilling the needs
- Work closely with vendor and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions, or improvements – validate their proposals from technical point of view
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs
- Participate in supporting digital product initiatives
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a solid understanding of streaming technologies and products
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in video streaming
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in support activities
