ABOUT OUR NEXT APP SUPPORT SPECIALIST:

audiochuck is looking for an App Support Specialist to take fan interactions in our Crime Junkie Fan Club app to the next level. In this role, you’ll serve as frontline support for members of our custom Crime Junkie Fan Club app. You will also collaborate with various teams, respond to inquiries across channels, and help create a unique fan experience. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Daily listener support
  • Foster customer loyalty and excitement
  • Advocate for customers, tracking and relaying feedback
  • Respond to customer emails, comments, and messages across platforms
  • Monitor and update team on customer responses to new features
  • Manage customer support initiatives, including rollouts for features and fixes
  • Collaborate with fan club manager and app development team on support initiatives
  • Assist in managing Crime Junkie Fan Club App, addressing inquiries, technical issues, and comments.
