Description:
A bank’s IT team is looking for a reliable Application Support Specialist to join them!
Requirements:
- Proficient in SQL, particularly Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Database; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
- Familiarity with BMC Software Control-M, DOS/Windows Batch scripting, Unix scripting, and Java programming is advantageou
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support for banking applications, including Avaloq.
- Analyze and manage incidents and problems.
- Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure application health.
- Administer and monitor application servers.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Oversee IT application deployment.
- Maintain proper documentation of work
Requirements:
