We are looking for a customer oriented, service-minded, strong communicator to join our 2 nd level application support team for the eID (electronic identification) solution MitID.
MitID is critical infrastructure in Denmark developed in collaboration between the Danish state and financial institutions to have a single solution working across public and private sector. MitID has more than 5.2 million users in the 5.95 million Danish population.
In your daily work you will engage with customers as well as a lot of highly skilled colleagues among us like developers, testers and architects working in the MitID project.
You will be joining a team of five colleagues, where we deeply value open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect. While we are dedicated to excellence, we also believe in having lots of fun along the way.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Delivering expert application support for microservices-based application
- Seamlessly collaborating with end-user support and development teams to ensure timely technical and business case resolutions
- Exercising comprehensive end-to-end ownership for assigned cases
- Meticulously troubleshooting and analysing existing cases to uncover trends and patterns
Ensuring strict compliance with both internal team obligations and contractual commitmentsEfficiently managing the backlog and enhancing the knowledge base through detailed documentation
WHAT MAKES YOU THE BEST PERSON FOR THIS JOB?
- Fluency in Danish and English is a must for both written and oral communication
- We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Java, .Net, or C#, so you can hit the ground running
- Being comfortable with Oracle DB, SQL queries, and everyday operating systems like Windows and Linux is crucial
- Have you ever been the go-to person for supporting mobile or web applications? That’s precisely the kind of experience we need
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is a plus, but if you’re not familiar yet, we’ll help you get up to speed
Some familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools or Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence would be fantastic
