Description:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for various hardware and software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between users and technical teams, resolving issues and implementing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience in application support or a related technical support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software applications, understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office365, and familiarity with databases and programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and user support.
  • This position requires occasional after-hours and/or weekend support as needed. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Provide first-line support for application-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application errors, system malfunctions, and connectivity issues. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
  • Assist in training users on software functionalities and best practices, enhancing their overall experience and productivity.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, FAQs, and known issues. Update user manuals and guides as necessary.
  • Work closely with BMR IT team and vendors to escalate issues and collaborate on software updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify potential areas for improvement. Suggest enhancements to optimize application functionality.
  • Assist in testing new software releases, updates, and patches to ensure compatibility and functionality before deployment.
  • Generate and analyze reports on support metrics and user satisfaction to identify trends and areas for improvement.
