Our Canadian operations are currently looking for an Application Systems Analyst. This role will be part of the IT Application Support team responsible for providing application support on key enterprise applications. The hours for this role are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm PST. The successful candidate must be flexible to work after hours and/or on weekends as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 support for enterprise applications;
• Conduct technical analysis and application troubleshooting;
• Liaise with IT technical teams, internal business groups and external vendors on production incidents and other service requests;
• Create and maintain operational documentation including knowledge bases;
• Facilitate meetings;
• Assist in coordinating system releases to the production environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of application support experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
• Good technical aptitude with a good knowledge of integration of applications, databases and networks;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to create system documentation;
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs;
• Ability grasp technical and business concepts quickly;
• Good working knowledge of SQL database and queries;
• Proficient with MS Office applications;
• Experience with API and/or Pega an asset;
• Dataphile and/or brokerage/financial experience an asset.
