QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
• Must have 3 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration
• Experience with related technologies such as API management, EDI, and MDM
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of system or application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge

• Primary point of contact between the client and the system or application, providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems
• Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
• Responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems or applications
• Involve accurately defining client issues, interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge, and utilizing exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running
