We are now looking for Application Technicians for our office in Sandefjord or Oslo. The SaaS Ops team works closely with our customers and focuses on delivering innovative solutions and providing quick and efficient assistance when issues arise. We are in an exciting period where we have started rolling out new software that will be delivered as a SaaS solution, working according to DevOps principles. Collaboration skills, effective deliveries, and a commercial focus are important qualities we seek when hiring new employees, so that together we can create value for our customers and ourselves.

Our Application Technicians work with one or more of the following tasks:
- Installation, operation, and troubleshooting of Banqsoft Credit Management’s proprietary applications and modules
- Collaboration and coordination with our data center provider
- Handling support cases and requests reported by customers
- Consulting assignments with our customers
- Project work
- DevOps
- Service and second-line support
- Operation and administration of the server environment
- Documentation

We would like you to have a background/competence in one or more of these areas:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering
- Experience in similar role
- Operations and delivery
- Knowledge of IT security
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
We would like you to have one or more of these qualities/qualifications:
- Customer-focused, good at handling human relations
- A good team player who enjoys working both individually and with others
- Systematic, responsible, methodical, and focused on delivering good solutions
