We are currently seeking a result driven candidate with passion for product development. The candidate should drive application development and innovative formulation, process and evaluation in a variety of product segments. Additionally, the job will require attention to detail and ability to learn new skills.
You will thrive being part of a team of motivated people, be collaborative, however also comfortable working alone. Customer, quality and entrepreneurial focus are essential in this position.

• Work on new product ideas and customer requirements using our portfolio of flavours, colours and natural extracts in a variety of food segments
• Work closely with cross functional teams to drive customer briefs
• Develop solutions for projects, including the ability to diagnose issues and communicate the results to customers
• Innovation, development and preparation of prototypes for presentation to key customers, and develop ways to best serve our these
• Lead production and scale up trials
• Support the sales team and join customer presentations and innovation work shops
