As a Technical Customer Consultant - Coatings, your role encompasses several key responsibilities:
Customer Support: provide expert technical support to both Global Key Accounts and international customers, address and resolve technical issues; develop and execute customer collaboration strategies in close partnership with global and local account managers; coordinate customer-related projects with internal stakeholders including application technology labs; organize and conduct training sessions on products and their applications for key account customers and account managers.
Stakeholder Engagement: offer technical expertise and insights during internal decision-making processes by utilizing feedback from customer interactions (Voice of Customer), monitor technical trends in relevant market segments from various resources; contribute to internal projects and participate in strategic development processes as needed.
Representation: create presentations, scientific publications, and demonstration materials to effectively showcase products and support the launch of new products tailored to specific market segments and customers.
