We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Applications Specialist to join our Corporate Technology team. Reporting into the Technology Service Delivery Manager, this role will provide third-level support to users associated with Perenti Enterprose Applications (including Pronto and Coupa) to Service Level agreements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Triaging incidents/service requests reported to the Enterprise Applications team
  • Providing remote and face to face technical support to users regarding IT incidents and service requests
  • Following agreed procedures, respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve them
  • Maintaining accurate log entries of fault with resolution and contact details
  • Ensuring all software installations and routine upgrades are implemented in a timely manner
  • Working on tasks as assigned by IT Service Delivery Manager
  • Creating & maintaining KB articles & work instructions
  • Ensuring technical queries not progressing are escalated to resolver groups and third-party vendors according to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively and professionally via email, Microsoft Teams or in person
  • Experience in troubleshooting computer software problems
  • Working knowledge of Administering Pronto, Coupa
  • Experience working ServiceNow or equivalent job tracking system
  • A senior certificate of education (WACE or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience
  • Administering Pronto experience (mandatory)
  • Administering Coupa experience (desirable)
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
