Responsibilities:

  • Respond to ALM tickets on reported system bugs and enhancements.
  • Remediate the application based on ticket analysis and improve the end-user experience.
  • Define the technical solution and liaise with the Senior Technical lead /Architecture team to meet business requirements, as well as the project plan, a robust testing process, and schedule to deliver the solution.
  • Troubleshoot and Manage integrations with other applications
  • Monitor and Improve application performance and reduce time to market through automation, ensuring that end-users are being optimally serviced
  • Create training documentation as needed for features developed to be shared with end-users
  • Be responsible for the security of the application, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage and deliver the execution of application upgrades and Sustain applications.
  • Maintain the systems’ technology stack.
  • Operate within the Security operations standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that knowledge management and application documentation are updated systematically and periodically, including functional workflows and new enhancements.
  • Participates in Daily meetings with technical teams, and business stakeholders
