Description:

We are seeking an Applications Analyst with exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with users at all levels, ensuring they are informed of progress and resolutions within defined SLAs.
The ideal candidate will excel in time management, prioritising and addressing issues promptly while exploring innovative ways to optimise the use of core systems.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing business systems across all contracts, driving the development and implementation of efficient and effective business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for key business systems to ensure users have business as usual access.
- Continuously improve key business systems to deliver efficient and effective ways of working within key systems.
- Share and implement system changes in a consistent way across all our contracts.
- Log all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorisation and prioritisation codes.
- Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis.
