REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of IT/IS in E&P or Energy sector
  • Direct experience as a systems administrator in support of E&P applications.
  • Experience with RDBMS’s – SQL/Oracle.
  • Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server)
  • knowledge of security and access management (SSO, AD)
  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL processes - change, incident and problem management processes
  • Experience of agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

The Application Support Analyst plays a vital role within the Information Systems product line, concentrating on the deployment and management of software applications that facilitate the company’s operations. Additionally, this position will participate in the project team to ensure the successful transition and integration of applications as part of M&A activities.

This role ensures that applications are kept up-to-date and aligned with business requirements.

  • Implementing and supporting application solutions within the product line to meet business requirements.
  • Supporting the lifecycle of software applications, from deployment ongoing support and decommissioning activities.
  • The role works with appropriate teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry regulations.
