Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

TTI is currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst to join our team at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill. This is a permanent full-time role offering a hybrid work model.
Working within the Enterprise Applications team, your key focus will be to support various applications such as Service Now, Appian and Esker delivering best practice system solutions that match TTI business requirements and values.

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE APPLICATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER, YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Day to Day Support of various TTI applications such as Service Now, Appian, Esker
  • Responsible for monitoring, prioritising and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system. Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to the appropriate section
  • Prioritise and handle service requests and incidents
  • Work closely with the business to derive business requirements and accurately articulate the requirements to enable internal and external parties to deliver the outcome.
  • Be responsible for the business process design. Work with SMEs to clarify business requirements and processes.
  • Assist/control system testing requirements during the implementation of system changes, support upgrades or other system changes
  • Update any agreed changes in the Process Overview document
  • Assist in the development of instructions and informational/training documentation at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Provide Training to relevant Business Stakeholders
