Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst at our Leeds Office to work within the Construction Group Applications team to provide support for our platforms across the Wates Group business, in particular our Construction and Engineering specific applications.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for you to have solid system/ process experience, ideally with Autodesk, Asta PowerProject and Salesforce experience. You will be proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and have knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practice.
To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers. You will be process orientated with good attention to details and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
