Experience with Property management software systems required. Proficient in RealPage applications and/or Entrata preferred. This role will support our clients in multiple time zones during their normal business hours, including Pacific and Mountain time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be personable, efficient and a team player. Strong administrative skills are essential! Daily duties will include organizing ticket flow, updating clients, completing support tickets and data conversions. The prospective candidate will be organized and possess the ability to communicate with clients via e-mail, telephone, and through the ticketing system.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Above average proficiency in a Real Estate Platform (Multifamily, Commercial, Senior housing, and Affordable experience all considered)
  • Previous technical/software support experience
  • Ability to switch tasks quickly and work with multiple clients and changing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self-starter and be comfortable with remote work
  • At least 2 years of property management systems experience required (Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, troubleshooting, and supporting end users and admin support via ticketing system
  • System reviews and best practice advice may be requested
  • Client requested data conversions
  • Maintain client service level agreements
  • Review and maintain client’s portfolio in their system of record
  • Implementing best practice ideas in client systems
  • Reporting ticket counts and repeat issues with clients
  • Create and deliver customized training materials and documentation
  • Liaison for both internal and external customers
  • Support Senior Consultants on projects as needed
