El objetivo del Especialista de Servicios es de asesorar al cliente y dar solución a los problemas técnico-científicos, de nuestros instrumentos y reactivos, de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos en los manuales y procedimientos del Global Customer Support, con el fin de asegurar su uso y funcionamiento.
Especialista de Servicios colabora internamente con Service Key Account, Key Account Partner, Order Key Account, Strategic Customer Area Lead, Finance Business Partner, Strategic Customer Support Lead, Field Service Engineer y Application Specialist, CEAC. Relaciones externas colabora con Hospitales, Laboratorios Clínicos, Distribuidores, Integradores, proveedores.
