ABOUT THE ROLE

ReachOut Technology is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to grow our sales team. As the Sales Development Representative you’re not just making calls—you’re laying the foundation for our growth. Your mission? Generate and schedule high-value appointments with potential clients from a provided lead list. You’ll be the first point of contact, introducing prospects to ReachOut Technology, the first publicly traded Managed IT Services Provider, headquartered in Chicago, IL. You’re the spark that gets the fire started.

PURPOSE AND TOP PRIORITIES

  • Lead Engagement: You’re the front line—connect and engage with potential clients from the provided lead list.
  • Appointment Setting: Set up crucial meetings between potential clients and our Sales Team.
  • Follow-Up: Keep the conversation going with timely follow-ups to maintain engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain rock-solid records of all interactions and appointments within our calling platform, ContactScience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cold Calling: You’ll initiate outbound calls to prospects from the lead list—this is where the magic begins.
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send emails that compel prospects to take the next step.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the Sales Team’s calendars for prospect meetings—your organization skills will shine here.
  • Reporting: Keep us in the loop with regular updates on outreach activities and appointment-setting performance.
