JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to play a pivotal role in our sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating a seamless transition to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for connecting with people. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building rapport over the phone, we want to hear from you. Generate sales leads for the recycling industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support roles, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in conversation and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and rejection to achieve appointment-setting goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, eager to contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is highly desirable.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, property management, financial, tech, governmental, etc.
  • Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads for the recycling industry. We will be calling/emailing and communicating with a wide industry that has e-waste. Utilize provided leads or prospecting techniques to identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads for our sales team.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring accurate recording of all details and confirming appointments with clients.
  • Maintain a database of leads and appointments, keeping records up to date and tracking progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with relevant information and ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address client inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation, contributing to overall sales objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on appointment-setting activities, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
