Description:

These posts offer an opportunity to individuals to work within an administrative environment within the Keeping in touch team/Medical Records Department at Prince Charles Hospital. The post will involve providing support and signposting for patients across CTM. The successful candidates will be communicating with patients over the telephone. Knowledge of the Welsh PAS system, RTT rules are essential. On the job training will be undertaken and the successful candidate must be numerate, literate and able to work under pressure.
The hours of this post are as follows -
Post one (37.5 hours)
Monday - Friday - 09:00 -17:00 over 5 days
Post two (18.75 hours)
09:00 - 15:00 over 3 days (flexibility required with the days)
The successful candidate will be joining a newly established Keeping in touch team
Signposting patients to relevant services
Communicating with patients over the telephone.
The successful candidate must have excellent keyboard skills.
The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to work as providing support at any other hospital within the Health Board may be required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term for 31st March 2026 due to - meet the needs of the service
