This remote, home-based role is in British Columbia (preferably in the lower mainland) requires 30-40% travel, primarily within Western Canada.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Inspector, you will have a pivotal role in our appraisal services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site inspections, gathering essential data and collaborating with others to provide accurate information for Appraisal Reports (value estimates), Insurance Appraisals (cost estimates) or Risk Management Reports (consulting services). You’ll work with a diverse range of buildings, from private sector properties to public sector facilities, capturing details on buildings, furnishings, equipment, measurements and photographs. You may collect data regarding potential risks related to fire, crime and liability or accidents. You will get experience across many sectors including multi-unit dwellings, commercial, municipal, and education. You will also assist with report creation, cost data research and costing.
