Due to significant growth in our Lettings and Block Management services, Quinn Property Management is excited to invite an enthusiastic Apprentice/Graduate/Junior Property Manager to join our expanding team. As one of the largest property services companies in Munster and the Mid-West region, we offer expert property management services across Block Management, Lettings, Sales, and Valuations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recent completion of, or a willingness to pursue further education to obtain a PRSA license.
  • Ideally, a background in property, business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Junior Property Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the efficient management of residential and commercial properties in the Mid-West region. This is a hands-on role that will provide you with valuable experience and training as you assist with the coordination of property management tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate maintenance work for residential rental properties, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Support the Property Management team in block management tasks and follow-up actions.
  • Respond to and manage incoming phone enquiries from tenants, landlords, and service providers.
  • Assist the Administration team with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide cover at reception for walk-in enquiries on a limited basis.
  • Organise and follow up on residential property inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lettings team to ensure seamless communication and task coordination.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure work is completed to the required standards.
