An opportunity has arisen in The Planning Inspectorate to train as an accounting technician, enabling you to gain a highly regarded professional qualification, in addition to receiving on the job training and support in your professional development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be highly motivated and committed to undertaking the study and training required to succeed, you will be organised, precise and analytical whilst being someone who works well in a team with good interpersonal skills.
As you progress through your training a typical day may see you working with staff in the business to understand their costs or predict their likely levels of income. You may produce written reports using reporting tools and graphics. You may check the accuracy of information, performing reconciliations and checking data with independent sources. You may assist in providing evidence to auditors, or you may produce financial projections for proposed projects.
