This excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to undertake an apprenticeship with Stoneacre Motor Group, to become a fully trained Parts Administrator working at our Doncaster Hubb - Trades Part Xpress within the telesales office. Stoneacre is a unique automotive company having its own regulated Ofsted training Academy.
WHAT WILL THE APPRENTICE BE DOING?
- Reporting any delays and back-order information on parts orders for internal and external customers
- Overlooking high spending accounts
- Initiative-taking by looking for alternative parts supplies.
- Administration duties covering internal systems.
- Prioritising workload from centralised email inbox
- Responding to emails as quickly as possible
- Building rapport with internal sites / staff and external customers
- Dealing with customers on orders, keeping customers ‘up to date’ daily.
WHAT TRAINING WILL THE APPRENTICE TAKE AND WHAT QUALIFICATION WILL THE APPRENTICE GET AT THE END?
Level 3 Business administration, including Functional Skills if required.
At the end of the programme, you will be a fully qualified Administrator and may have the opportunity to progress further through our Continuous Professional Development Programmes.
