Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND IMPACT:

  • Technical Breadth – learn all aspects of brewing and packaging from the time materials arrive to the time finished goods leave the site. Additionally, all compliance regulations must be learned.
  • Logistics – operational logistics including SOP authorship, QAD, ETQ, StarLIMS, etc for proper tracking of materials, quality, and food safety.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Life Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Food Science

Responsibilities:

Research Apprentice I is tasked with day-to-day execution of RIC investigations as related to Mark Anthony core interests in beverage production. Responsible for monitoring overall RIC processes and to leading troubleshooting efforts to ensure unforeseen process events are addressed with a sense of urgency. Apprentices will be cross trained in all functional areas of the RIC and will be required to complete all tasks in the brewing, blending, kitting, spirit production, packaging, sanitation, quality and maintenance areas.
