JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The Apprentice will assist in various tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations while learning from experienced professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluent in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
