JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience while developing essential skills in a supportive environment. The Apprentice will assist in various tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations while learning from experienced professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluent in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyse information and provide insights as directed by senior staff.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support upselling initiatives by understanding product offerings and customer needs.
  • Utilise bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, to assist diverse clientele.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
