Description:
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain a wide range of experience within the NHS.
Breast Services are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner CAS/Breast Services to work within the Breast Secretariat team . The post will be across the City Hospital Campus and occasionally at the pain clinic held in Boots in the Victoria Centre Nottingham.
The role will encompass a wide range of tasks and variety, giving the post holder the opportunity to develop and learn new skills, whilst providing a valuable service to our patients.

To arrange an informal visit please liaise with Charlotte Anderson, Deputy Service Manager for the Breast Institute.
To support the outpatient team and provide administration cover across the Secretariat team for Breast Services.
Maintain accuracy of patient information.
Liaise with the MDT in preparation for MDT’s.
Deal appropriately with enquiries, by telephone and in person, from staff and the general public, seeking advice or referring elsewhere if necessary.
Photocopying/scanning as required.
Distributing and opening in-coming mail timely and dealing with appropriately.
Once trained to be able to competently use Careflow and other information technology systems and participate in training programmes to develop and update personal skills to meet the needs of the department.
Booking and outcoming of appointments as and when required.
To work closely with Clinic Administrator/Unit Administrator to ensure that patient experience is the best it can be.
