SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN ON THIS APPRENTICESHIP:

• The importance of data within a telecommunications business.
• How to collate, format and utilise data for customer and business insights.
• How to process data into the MLL CRM (Cherwell).
• Collate and format data to facilitate data processing.
• Review and analyse data in readiness to present to stakeholders.
• Develop technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and other data-related tools to present data insights effectively.
• Data modelling (combining data from various sources and formats to explore its relevance for the business

•Close alignment to systems and processes supporting the delivery function of a telecommunications business. •Knowledge of different roles within the business where data has a key part to play.

• Participate in projects to ingest and prepare data from external sources.
