Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The role of the Apprentice Engineer is to ensure the delivery of a high standard of service by all engineers in their team. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Service and Installation: The primary role involves servicing and installing security systems for the Banking and Commercial customer base. This includes working with intruder alarms, access control, and video surveillance systems.
  • Customer Service: Drive excellent customer service by collaborating with supervisors and customers.
  • Safety and Professionalism: Uphold the Securitas Technology Values and company procedures. Be presentable and professional when interacting with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Maintain intruder alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems to the required standards and regulations.

Accountable for all aspects of van stock, safety equipment and training, must be flexible in working out of hours and be presentable and professional in front of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet all Health, Safety and Quality requirements for self and ensure team member compliance.
  • To follow Securitas ethics and policies.
