APPRENTICESHIP SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join our team of skilled and experienced engineers as a trainee Gas Engineer. This is an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in gas servicing and repairs. The successful candidate will be provided with specialised training which combines working towards an externally accredited and assessed NVQ qualification, developing new skills and gaining valuable experience whilst working on the job.
DESIRED SKILLS, QUALITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above. A grade 5 in Maths and Science is required for this role
- Enthusiastic and passionate about a career in engineering
- Eager to develop new skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good level of Attendance, self-discipline and time management. Meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks effectively
- There is a minimum age requirement of 18 years old
You may be required to complete a DBS check, at either basic or enhanced level, depending on the location you will be working in.
