We’ve got ambitious targets to meet by 2025 and we need people who are driven, dynamic and ready to deliver the very best for our communities. Public service is more important than ever, and this role represents a real opportunity to make a difference to our communities by transforming the way we work and placing our residents at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant to the Leadership Team, you will manage and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing a key enabling service which allows our leadership colleagues to function at their highest capacity and capability. You will provide an efficient service, remaining quick and calm under pressure and equipped with the confidence and knowledge to act on matters affecting the highest level of local governance.
The successful candidate will fully support the daily business operations in the organisation of the Directors schedule through full diary management in a proactive, efficient and confidential manner. Ensuring that a professional reception service is offered to visitors to our Directors.
