Description:
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
You will be working from our Liverpool City Centre office within an ambitious team. We are more than happy to teach you all the technical skills you need, it is your personal attributes and commitment to the role that is key. We are seeking a person who can demonstrate the following;
- Entry requirement for the Level 6 Apprenticeship will typically be A Levels (96 UCAS tariff points).
- At least Grade A*- C (or grades 9-4) in GCSE English and Maths/ or equivalent

- Have an interest in property valuation
- Have excellent people and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to identify and solve problems
- Have good attention to detail
- Adopt a consultative approach, able to identify and solve problems
- Have the ability to undertake research, consider information and present findings to your colleagues and clients
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (namely Word and Excel)
- Have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at any one time, working in a way that is highly agile and responsive to rapidly changing client and site requirements alongside your studies
- Be committed to continuing your studies in order to become chartered with the RICS
- Have access to transport, or be willing to do so by the time you start work, as you will often be required to travel to out of town client sites
