- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of the process for delivering Apprenticeship Standards
- Proven record in delivering and assessing learning.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE APPRENTICESHIP COACH
- Functional Skills level 2 maths and English or equivalent
- Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievements – or equivalent e.g. CAVA, A1, D32 (desirable)Level 3 Award in Education and Training – or equivalent (desirable)

THE ROLE
As an Apprenticeship Coach, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting Trainee Fire Fighters through apprenticeship programme and delivery of Functional Skills.
Day-to-day, you’ll monitor and record apprentice progression towards achievement and give feedback to them and their manager/mentor.
- Delivering and facilitating learning to support the completion of required Functional Skills at level 2 including testing to achieve the standards required by the awarding organisations.
- One to one and group delivery for on demand workshops for maths and English.
- Create and maintain an efficient work plan practising effective time management and cost effectiveness.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
