JOB DESCRIPTION

As IT apprentice, you will be trained to ensure that all our IT related systems and tools are ready for operation. You will become a specialist for the technical systems in the area of helpdesk, hard- and software, as well as network. After time you will be trained to identify errors and propose appropriate solutions. This might be in providing support to the helpdesk team or to take over some small problem solving projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5. PO/STP (successfully finished)
• General interest in IT fields
• Logical thinking
• Self-organized and proactive personality
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who enjoys teamwork
• Fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish considered a strong advantage.

• Provide technical support for information systems and user equipment via helpdesk
• Keep track of open incidents and do respective follow-ups
• Support IT department in various tasks on a daily base
