The Degrees at Work team have an exciting opportunity within the School of Apprenticeships for a motivated and committed individual to join the team supporting the onboarding of our apprenticeships.
As one of our Degree Apprenticeship Onboarding Coordinators, you will play a central role in the onboarding of our new apprentices, ensuring that they receive excellent service as they pass smoothly through the necessary processes before they begin their learning programme. You will ensure that ARU have all the documents, data and information required and that contracts and other documents are compliant with the Apprenticeship Funding Rules. You will manage and maintain accurate records for each apprentice throughout their learning journey. You will also support internal audits to identify potential issues and seek solutions with our Business Operations Team to ensure apprentice data is current and complete.
This is a team-based role, working closely with colleagues within Degrees at Work, the Business Development team, Admissions and other School of Apprenticeship colleagues to identify, develop, and administer systems and processes that support our service to employers and apprentices.
You’ll have a degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD. You will be a team player who builds successful working relationships with colleagues. With a flexible, proactive approach to work, you will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and motivated as well as having experience of planning your own workload.
You will have extensive previous administration and customer service experience and be confident in using IT systems such as Microsoft Office products. You will have the ability to understand and interpret large data sets and experience of continuingly improving business processes. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
