This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join Halesowen College as an Apprenticeship Compliance Officer. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our growing apprenticeship programmes adhere to all regulatory standards and ESFA funding rules, maintaining high compliance and audit readiness. Your responsibilities will include managing internal audits, overseeing ILR submissions, maintaining data integrity, and preparing for ESFA audits. You will collaborate closely with the Assistant Principal and Curriculum Teams to support the seamless delivery of compliant apprenticeship programmes. If you possess strong organisational skills, a thorough understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and regulations, and a passion for ensuring educational excellence, we invite you to apply and make a significant impact on the future of our learners.
