Responsibilities:

  • You will work with a dynamic and supportive team of engineers who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Don’t worry we won’t expect you to do all this straight away as over the development period you will move through the different departments within the business learning a wide variety of skills under the guidance of experienced engineers. Your starting point will be within our Testing area where you will learn and develop your skills.
  • You will have the opportunity to provide technical advice to customers on how to use our products and equipment effectively and efficiently.
  • Test our products and equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex problems that may arise during the implementation or operation of our products and equipment.
  • Support in Commissioning and installation of our products
  • Research and recommend new product equipment upgrades that can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and securing future business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Power Grids Grid Automation Engineering Department to assist in the installation, commissioning, and fault resolution of SCADA systems, communications Networks, and Protection systems.
