Teaching school hubs (TSHs) are centres of excellence for teacher training and development, led by the best schools and multi-academy trusts in the country. The network has national coverage, ensuring every school in England has access to a centre of excellence. Following the success of Unity TSH, we are delighted to have been redesignated by the DfE, both for our original area in Suffolk and now for Colchester, Tendring, Babergh and Ipswich.
We are seeking colleagues with expertise and leadership experience with an excellent understanding of the role of the Appropriate Body and its impact on Early Career Teachers.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator with the determination to support schools in achieving the best outcomes for Early Career Teachers and their pupils.
The role of Appropriate Body (AB) Associate, will support the AB Lead to provide operational support and capacity within our Appropriate Body.
Working on a casual, flexible hours contract you will be involved in various activities relating to statutory induction, including reading progress reviews and assessment reports.
