Aquatic Team Leader

Working as part of the Aqua Jetty and Rockingham Aquatic Centre Operations team, you will support the Assistant Coordinator (Operations) by ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and standards of service at all times.
To be successful, you must possess well developed leadership skills, time management and conflict resolution skills. You have previous experience in a large aquatic facility, or similar, which involved you being tasked with supervising others and ensuring efficient operations.

In addition to strong interpersonal skills, you also possess the following:

• Pool Operations Certificate (WA)
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• LIWA Accreditation
• Current Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and Chlorine Gas Handling Qualification

We are offering a gross salary of $74,999 per annum and:

• 11.5% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%

• Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and up to two additional paid days of absence per annum
