Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female candidates only (Arab nationality). CAN SPEAK ENGLISH
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Present product/service offerings and solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services to offer accurate advice and solutions.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct post-sale customer care to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to stay competitive in sales efforts.
