Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Female candidates only (Arab nationality). CAN SPEAK ENGLISH
  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

    Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Present product/service offerings and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services to offer accurate advice and solutions.
  • Close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct post-sale customer care to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to stay competitive in sales efforts.
