BLOOM Architecture is seeking a creative Architect with 5+ years professional experience to join our growing studio. You will create and lead projects, supported by junior staff assisting with planning, drawing, presentation, rendering and material specifications.
Flexible work schedule, hybrid home/studio mix is encouraged at BLOOM. We have embraced this model, and we can happily accommodate designers who need to avoid commutes, work part-time, or split their time between the office and home.
This full-time position is for a talented, creative-focused candidate to further their experience in all aspects of projects from conception to construction, working with institutional, hospitality, and residential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
5+ years relevant professional experience
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Passion for planning, design, and visual communication
Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign
