As an Architect/CAD Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing construction documents for our projects. This is a high-impact position where you will work closely with our sales team and project managers to create detailed plans that our skilled crews can confidently bring to reality. This role is not just drafting, we’re looking for a creative thinker who understands outdoor structures, can problem-solve in design, and can collaborate with our team to create functional, visually stunning spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Experience in architectural drafting or design, preferably in residential construction.
• Understanding of framing plans, structural design, and construction documentation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, zoning requirements, and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
• While a licensed architect is not required, experience in designing outdoor structures is a plus.

• Develop architectural drawings, elevations, and construction documents for high-end residential outdoor spaces.
• Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed framing plans, site layouts, and structural designs.
• Work with the sales team to translate client visions into functional and buildable designs.
• Ensure designs align with structural requirements, materials, and construction best practices.
• Assist in designing decks, pergolas, room additions, and custom outdoor living spaces.
• Problem-solve and think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
