Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the local authority
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in transport and infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Conversant with local codes & regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
- Ability to lead a team
- Good leadership and communication skill
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
- Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
- Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
